Deep Focus Terms of Use
By installing or using Deep Focus (the "extension") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall it.
1. Free use
Deep Focus is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. No account or subscription is needed.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute modified copies of Deep Focus.
- Do not use it to break the law or to infringe other people's rights (for example, copyright or privacy).
- You are responsible for the content you create or process with it.
3. No ads
Deep Focus contains no ads and no in-app purchases.
4. No warranty
Deep Focus is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or work on every device, browser or website.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolsForCools is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from the use of or inability to use Deep Focus.
6. Changes and termination
We may update, change or discontinue Deep Focus at any time. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
8. Contact
Deep Focus Kullanım Koşulları
Deep Focus eklentisinı yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen kaldırın.
1. Ücretsiz kullanım
Deep Focus kişisel ve ticari kullanım için ücretsizdir. Hesap veya abonelik gerekmez.
2. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
- Deep Focus eklentisinı tersine mühendislikle çözmeyin, değiştirilmiş kopyalarını satmayın veya dağıtmayın.
- Yasalara aykırı amaçlarla veya başkalarının haklarını (ör. telif hakkı, mahremiyet) ihlal edecek şekilde kullanmayın.
- Onunla oluşturduğunuz veya işlediğiniz içerikten siz sorumlusunuz.
3. Reklam yok
Deep Focus reklam ve uygulama içi satın alma içermez.
4. Garanti verilmemesi
Deep Focus "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur; belirli bir amaca uygunluk dahil hiçbir açık veya zımni garanti verilmez. Hatasız çalışacağı veya her cihazda, tarayıcıda ya da sitede çalışacağı garanti edilmez.
5. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde ToolsForCools, Deep Focus eklentisinın kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zararlardan ya da veri kaybından sorumlu tutulamaz.
6. Değişiklikler ve sona erme
Deep Focus eklentisinı dilediğimiz zaman güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya yayından kaldırabiliriz. Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; en güncel sürümün tarihi sayfanın üstünde yer alır. Değişiklikten sonra kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
7. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkedeki emredici tüketici hakları saklı kalmak kaydıyla Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir.
